    Excellent tool at a good price. Haven't used yet, but look the same quality as the fret cutters I also ordered. Really like the smaller jaws, which work better with radius'd fretboards. Came very well packaged with fast delivery to boot. Ordered Friday, arrived Saturday with the free postage. Nice to find someone that takes pride in their products.

    Good value and well made

    Good product, removed frets on my bass neck without damaging the fingerboard. Can't comment on how durable the tool will be for long term/regular use but will certainly meet the needs of the hobbyist using it occasionally.

    Did the job quite well

    Worked well, but needed to heat frets with soldering iron before attempting to pull.Would recommend starting at one end of a fret. Did not grip well on cold fret and needed considerable grip pressure to engage. In the end frets removed successfully.

    Works really well

    Works brilliantly! I had all the frets out of my tele in 20 minutes with no trouble at all, nice and clean - no splintering or cracking. I'd bought a soldering iron to heat the frets but didn't need it at all.

    Excellent

    These are excellent and very good value. It seems unfair that a previous reviewer criticised them for not being strong enough to cut fret wire. They are not designed to cut they are designed to pull. I believe the seller also provides cutters.
