    The product description said “used.” However, when I received the product, it did not work properly, so I had to send it to a repair shop. This is because it said that returns were not possible. So, I complained to the seller that this camera was a defective product and that it was different from the product description you wrote. However, the seller did not give me a return or refund, and I just said that I was not at fault. And, repair cost was more than the purchase price of the product.
