I opened a case after a week, and instead of helping, the seller responded with attitude, saying things like “you don’t know what’s going on.” Completely unprofessional. To top it off, the packaging was a joke—half the bumper bar was sticking out of the bag when it arrived. Awful communication, rude tone, and careless handling. This was not my fault but the courier yodel which was provided by eBay. The item got missing with them and they delivered it after I had to contact them that it was posted via ebay as the label was even saying void on ebay website and had to keep contacting them as I was definite it was posted through them .but putting the blame on the seller is really ridiculous but what can I do as its still the seller's fault not the courier that treat items
