Listing said NWT, and the tag was on but the item was visibly used with tan pet fur and linen fuzzies on the inside fabric. Because it was easily remedied, I would still say this was a positive interaction because the rest of the item was in like new condition. It was packaged well with the original packaging and no shipping damage.
