    Condition was new appearance was the same as what it showed up. However it was advertised as 20 TB and it showed up as 500 GB. Normally I would leave a negative review because I don't like liars and deception was made in order to convince the sale, but the seller made it right with me and was very good about that part so that's not going to be a negative review however just know that it's not 20 terabytes by any means.
