    For me it knocks out a cold in its tracks. I use it when someone around me first gets a cold or I get exposed, or I get the first signs of a cold -- it takes action right away. The one draw back I have is that it contains mineral oil which is a petroleum bi-product. I usually avoid petroleum bi-products of any kind but made an exception to this since I discovered it after the fact. I always use Airborne with Ricola HoneyLemon echinacea throat drops at the first sign of a cold -- the dynamic duo! What a relief. Also I use it when I travel by plane usually before flight and after flight.

    Easy way to get your vitamin C!!

    I have been using Airborne for quite some time. I love the flavor and it is a better taste than a pill! Airborne helps prevent colds for me and that's why I use it.

    Immune system up grade

    Airborne is a great immune supplement. I take all the time thought out the year and it keeps me from catching a cold. If I fail to take airborne and I catch a cold I will start taking airborne right then and cold will go away with in 3 days. The berry tablets are my fravoret.

    Works for me

    If you take it during the cold and flu season with vit D3-5 you will build up your immune system and not get sick. Drink plenty of water to hydrate yourself as well
