I contacted the seller as the pendulum was missing when I opened the package. They said to check again as its in tissue paper. I had opened the package and the tissue paper had ripped upon opening. Turned out i hadn't noticed that the pendulum had slid out on to the carpet. I contacted sammy again to explain i had found it. They were very happy and said they may need to come up with a better packing idea. Great buy 👌🌼
