        Very functional mic at a great price!

        This is a pretty good sounding mic that is very functional and works well in a variety of situations. The pattern settings come in handy depending on how you're using it. All in all, a nice mic....especially for the price!

        Smooth mic on my vocals

        Although there are a lot of decent inexpensive large diaphragm microphones, the AT2035 sounds good for my vocals. Less brittle on the high end with a mellowness in the lower register. The 10db pad and low cut switches at 80hz work well too.

        Great all around low end mike

        Great multi pattern Mike. Excellent frequency response, slightly above average noise, but for the price, can't complain. This Mike gives you very close performance of audio technica's higher end mikes without spending big bucks. The sound quality is way better than the cheaper behringer c3 or the Samson c2. Can't go wrong.

        Affordable multi-pattern condenser

        I purchased the 2050 as an audience mic for a live choir concert recording. I needed a bi directional pattern to pick up the audience response and less of the PA. For my first time out with it, I was very pleased. The side rejection ad overall sound quality is pretty good. I'm looking forward to taking it and its brother on the road this summer and putting them to work as guitar amp mics.

        At2050 audio technica

        I had great quality results right from the get go. I always wanted an omnidirectional feature because the at2020 doesn't have that feature and that's why I considered upgrading.
