Generic toner cartridge shows as empty but in fact is full. Initial difficulty enabling printer to print from accessory paper feeds, was quickly sorted by a call to very knowledgeable technical support. Print quality not quite 100% but as good as can be expected from a drum that's done 100K sheets beforehand. Good value given its been serviced and has a warranty.
