      The Advert clearly stated this was a download and would need to be printed. Then after you did download it. You state you dont have a printer. and that you thought it would be arriving by post, So why download it ???. In your eyes, the fact you did not read the advert, or more likely was just trying to get a refund which did not work, is somehow my fault. READ THE ADVERTS
