    Favorite light tackle inshore reel

    This is my 2nd purchase of the same reel since I really like the first one and regularly use it for both freshwater bass fishing and saltwater inshore fishing. It works well with 50# braided line, once adjusted the cast control is almost perfect or easily adjusted for casting lighter or heavier lures and wind conditions at the time. A very versatile reel for many applications..

    Daiwa Coastal Rocks!

    I took my new Diawa to the coast for the first time last weekend, and I have to say that it cast really nice. It's so easy to use, and I caught a lot of fish on it. I really recommend this reel to anyone who wants to try a bait casting reel for the first time.

    Have fished with it twice since receiving it last week. Caught the Texas slam (trout, redfish & flounder). The reel is everything I expected. Easy to dial in for casting with great braking and drag system.

    Best reel yet

    This beats all the rest for the price you can't beat this reel, used the last few times and caught lots of calico sand bass and sculpin here in so. Calif. All I can say is great saltwater reel ...highly recommend this reel.

    AWESOME AWESOME REEL!

    I had to pick between Shimano, Daiwa, and Abu Inshore reels. I actually tested the $250 abu and this Daiwa Costal killed that reel as far as distance goes. This is the best reel I have now and I'm looking forward in buying another one of these. I'm very impressed with this reel, worth every penny!
