NeatReceipts is a portable scanner and digital filing system that helps you manage all of your paperwork on the computer. NeatReceipts includes NeatWorks scanner software, which identifies and extracts the important information from receipts, business cards and documents, and automatically organizes it for you. All scanned documents can be searched by keyword, so you can find exactly what you need in very little time. This portable scanner is ultra lightweight, weighing only 10.6 oz.. It also scans in color, grayscale, or black and white with a resolution up to 600 dpi, which ensures you will extract all image details from your documents. With a speed of 3 to 4 receipts per minute, the NeatRecepits device can scan documents from 1 x 1'', to 8.5 x 30'' in size. The device is USB powered, so no external power supply is needed, making it a great option if you need to carry it along with your laptop.

    Good scanner

    Software is outdated so had to use a 3rd party pdf scanner, but that was easy enough to set up once I figured out I had to use that instead of the software that came with the product.

    Great Scanner!!!

    poor quality and hard to cancel free trial with neat

    did not work well, had lines thru pictures. Also had to setup an account with neat the is expensive and had nothing to do with a scanner by itself. hard to cancell 14 day free trial, be careful.

    Works just like the new original portable scanner
