    Great IKEA design worth the trouble.

    I was looking for an all white shoe cabinet that could fit behind my front door opposite the mud/snow/rain/boot tray. The maximum depth is only 9 inches. I wanted to be able to close a cabinet rather than have a display rack. After looking at many possibilities, I ventured back to IKEA and saw perfection in white plastic. Great dimensions, two twin cabinets with a mail/glasses/keys/mask tray on top (to remind me before leaving). First problem is that the IKEA ,100 miles away does not ship (most items anymore)? Frustrated, I decided to look on EBAY, and guess what? Trones are available (at double the cost) but hey, if you gotta have it, you need to pay for it. NO problem. 2nd problem, bad New England weather and shipping from New Jersey to the West Coast. So after 3 weeks, delays, ...
