Unfortunately when you try to lift a full load out, the velcro which holds the bag to the frame can easily become detached. It's probably too heavy for one person to lift out of the car if it's full. The wheels are good for going up a stair step, but less so when going down. We live in a block of flats and the lift stops on alternative floors (not on ours) and have found it easier to go up a floor than down.
