But I don't think saying it "works" was really appropriate. The clock runs only briefly (usually just a few minutes; sometimes several hours) before stopping. I'll open it up for a light cleaning & oiling, and hope that resolves the issue. Perhaps I overpaid somewhat due to the item's sentimental value.
