Advertised at 27 quid then add 6 quid VAT on top and 5 quid for postage, that is not mentioned in the ad. Ordered expensive bolts for 15 quid with them and then receive only 4 + 1 long one that is useless to me. Asked me to spend 5 quid on postage to send another tiny bolt for an already useless order. Extremely frustrating experience.
