I assumed they were coming from China,and that was what was causing the delay! It’s disgraceful. Not a way to treat a customer at all. I am a seller myself, and if I am unable to fulfil an order,then I immediately send my customer an apologetic reason why, AS WELL as an immediate refund. I don’t leave them wondering. Basic courtesy missing here.
