    The Best book about health and nutrition concerning our food

    Great book, with so much great needed information about how to eat healthy. How to eat clean like our Maker created our food to be eaten. This book is all about the nature of food and how it is healing to our bodies. I love Mr. Rubin's life story of having severe Crohn's disease and how he almost died from it, but through eating this way and using Homeostatic Soil organisms to heal his body (you have to get the book to learn more about them). If you love to take great care of this body you've been given and help it to function disease and syndrome free and feel great, then this is the book for you.

    GREAT - NON PHARMA

    Here you can see how one CAN heal without chemical pills from the pharma industry , just eating controlled . Mankind has lost this completely, everyone is looking for a fixing pill, nobody wants to take responsibility for what they have gotten themselves into. Nice story to follow with extensive support and suggestions on what and what not to eat and do.

    Very helpful for my IBS!!

    I bought this in conjunction with Rubin's updated book. I will say that I am not even a week into it and my IBS is already calming down. I am starting to feel better as well. I feel that the diet laid down in scripture is the best diet to get your health back, because who knows our bodies better than God?

    A Lifestyle changer
