My only gripe would be that the "live animals handle with care" message on the package was too small and can be easily missed, as the mailman put it through the letterbox carelessly. Luckily none of the woodlice were harmed, but I would advise making the message more noticeable on the package. If we could add a bit about our packaging, the whole design is based around the package hitting the floor from a height. We thoroughly tested our unique design before opening 5 years ago- even the folds in the packing paper are hand done, to provide the cushioning needed. We love our Pods and don’t want to give them a headache. The “Handle With Care” label is to comply with RM’s restricted items policy.
