One was unfit for purpose with a broken and cracked perspex front cover. I sent pictures. I got this unacceptable, derisory offer! "Sorry, we don't have the spare part now. Would u mind purchase the parts at your local shop? If u agree, would you mind accepting £2.50 as a compensation to end this problem? Other suggestion, pls keep in touch with us via eBay message, We will follow up asap".

The seller took the stress away from me by helping track down my order and messaging new delivery details. I wasn’t able to do this via Evri so that helped a lot. Product was easy to put together,in perfect condition and looks great out on our decking. Chairs are comfortable even for bigger people. Great price for what you get.
