    Tried the rest ? I may have your solution..

    I remember hearing about Melatonin yrs ago and despite being prescribed many drugs to help my chronic insomnia with mixed results, forgot about Melatonin until finding it here on eBay. This is a gentle but V effective treatment. On an empty stomach it gets to work within 20 mins or so and washes relaxation through your body. This should get you to sleep. The secondary affect helps keep you asleep, and you wake with no fuzzy or druggie after effects. The best effects are obtained by using it every other night as your system quickly gets used to the Melatonin. I experienced no withdrawal symptoms after a month of use.     Doesn't work as well

    This brand in particular must have more filler because one 10 mg doesn't do much of anything when the brand I usually use knocks me out. I've been using it for about a week now (I have low melatonin production) and need to take 2-3 to help. I seriously doubt I'm taking 30mg. For all the fancy packaging I expected better quality. Purchased my old brand at cvs and back to taking one at bedtime. Will save for backup if I run out.

    "To sleep.... perchance to dream"

    I have tried Melatonin before,the sort that desove in your mouth and find them useful to help get me off to sleep. I ordered the slow release ones by accident and to my delight they work to get me off to sleep and help me to stay asleep. So effective I have reduced my Ambien which I hate taking to half a tablet, and I will reduce it further.

    It works

    It definitely helps me get back to sleep if I wake at night, but the effects last only 3 or 4 hours. It's sometimes necessary to take a second one. I like the fact that they are tablets rather than capsules. Will order again.
