These were packaged in a plastic lined foil bag which was difficult to open.The sticks were easy to light and lasted around 18 minutes. Aroma was evident from a distance of about 20 feet.

The seller was rude, told me l was ungrateful and did not want my advice, since l had suggested giving an accurate description in future. Told me that l won't get all the refund because l had opened a box. I threw away the incense.

Instead, I requested that they remove the misleading term “2x” from the product description. Their response was to increase the price by 50p leaving the description unchanged. So no, I won't be returning it“ Why not message me after first opening the package?
