Have tried to support buyer on return label (cost deducted from the refund value) but not sure why it didn't work (cancel the return label, buyer didn't get charged). Sweat marks and hand handling marks were indeed in the case, thus you will see separate listing 176935970635. Accidently refunded to wrong buyer, but have refunded to correct buyer this time today.
