    The photos in the listing shows the bag in a perfect, unmarked condition, however, the bag I received was not acceptable, with many indentations all over, back & front & under the flap. I returned the bag & asked for a replacement bag, without any indentations but instead was sent a refund, which I never asked for. When I queried this with the seller, she said she had been through all of the bags but all had indentations to them so thought it better to refund me instead. I am so, so disapointed.
