NB if you're using this with OCLP and therefore using a version of MacOS this trackpad was never intended to work with then you might think you have a faulty trackpad when in fact you just need to simplify trackpad settings in System Prefs as this old trackpad won't handle more complex modern gestures - it'll just get confused!

    I found that the device did not work, however the seller was prompt in his delivery and refunded swiftly when it was returned. I cannot be certain that the device was at fault because the laptop had to work properly as well to prove it and I suspect it was the cause or at least part of the problem. 5 stars

    It's working, but not as good as I expected.

    It arrived quickly. I had to replace my old trackpad in my MacBook Pro 13inch from early 2011. It wasn't easy to replace the old one as it came without the cable; which was in the description. I'm not sure if it's truly original because it doesn't has a small QR code label like the one on the picture, also it's not working very smoothly as I expected, sometimes it's stoping or working weirdly. If it wouldn't an urgent situation, I'll probably look for a original trackpad, which probably is more expensive.

    A few issues but nothing major

    Mostly as described, a few marks and scuffs but everything in working order apart from the optical drive didn't work. It was easy to replace for someone that doesn't mind delving inside computers so overall would still recommend. Although if you are not confident about computer repair I would maybe consider something else.
