When I contacted him and said this is not what I paid for, he decided to get smart with me and demanded I send photos as proof. Went out of my way to send photos and it wasn't good enough. They sent photos in the dark from far away so that nothing could be seen on the photos. I asked them to send the item back so we can see the item and refund them and they refused. It's likely that the customer was trying it on to get a refund for the product as they wouldn't co-operate with us at all when we questioned them. They turned to insults which says everything.

So it was late as delivered to wrong location!
