The measurements were exact, but the cutting wasn't, 5cm off horizontal. The other end was heavily creased on the roll, from factory. These issues had to be addressed, slowed down install a lot. Suggest you use the correct tools when cutting, added a few cm at end of roll, unless you want to look to see if useable.
