    Better You Magnesium Oil Spray

    I have been using this spray throughout this year and i find it helps with my M.E. and Fibromyalgia pain in my shoulders and neck. I also use it on my lower back, knees and when i need to on my ankles. It sinks into the joints easily and for me it works immediately. I recommend this product and after a couple of months without it i'm happy to report my pain has subsided since using it again.

    Magnesium oil spray

    At first o wasn't sure of it would work however I read the instruction and applied to wet skin and I have to say that I had a great night sleep. I used it for 3 nights in a row and also started to up the dosage. The only thing is it's a bit tingly and itchy when you first apply but apart from that I would recommend!

    Great Product, does what is says!

    I use this pre work out on my knees and shoulders. Really helps mobilise things. Best use is when I apply to the soles of my feet before going to sleep its brilliant for inducing a great nights sleep. Highly recommend this for anyone who struggles to relax at bedtime. I even bought some for our postman who was having issues sleeping & he is a convert!

    Changed my life

    This Magnesium oil is just a pure miracle for aleviating pain. After reading the reviews I thought i'd give it a try. Believe me, it works. It's a bit of a faff, I rub it in painful areas, after a shower in the morning and then before bed. But faff is better than pain!! I would thoroughly recommend it. I put two sprays in my hand and then rub it in the painful joint, if you spray direct on your body it does tend to run off where you want it to go. Brilliant stuff.

    I dont believe it!

    I suffer with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and experience joint and muscle pain regularly and was advised to take magnesium supplements. I did try the tablets but I didn't seem to absorb them well enough. Then I was recommended the oil as it is put directly on the skin so doesn't go via the stomach and it worked instantly! It takes a couple of days to go pain free but it dulled it almost immediately from first use. I cant recommend this product enough - have even recommended it to my 70yr old mum and she swears by it. Word of caution it can sting a little on first use but it will go and if you have a cut in will sting quite a bit! But, I still think it is worth it. Ways to apply I would suggest spraying into the palm of your hand and then administering to the area required. Rub in till ...
