Shipping Outside UK Mainland:
Delivery charges may apply depending on the address. Delivery charges are determine after the order, depending courier charges, additional charges will be payable by the customer.
If your delivery address is outside the UK mainland, additional shipping costs will apply. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm the shipping charges. Orders will not be processed if the delivery charges are not paid, and this may result in the cancellation of your order. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for orders shipped outside the UK mainland. Additionally, no refunds or partial refunds will be considered or issued under any circumstances.
Day of Delivery:
As per industry standards, deliveries are made to the main door of your property and are not taking inside the property. For flats or apartment buildings, deliveries will be made to the entrance of the building only, not to individual flat doors. This policy is in place to ensure the safety of our drivers. Please note that if any arrangements are made to have the delivery taken inside the property or to a specific flat, we will not be responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur as a result for all parties involved.
If there are any restrictions or conditions that might make the delivery challenging, please inform us in advance. Failure to do so may result in additional charges for handling the delivery.
Assembly Policy:
We provide delivery exclusively for flat-pack furniture. If you require assembly of the furniture, please request this service and complete the necessary payment before the delivery date. If assembly is requested at the time of delivery, we may refuse the request. In such cases, if the item is returned just because assembly was not requested and demands for the assembly, the buyer will be responsible for the full cost of delivery and return charges to the courier, in addition to a restocking fee.
Damages and Issues
We strive to ensure that every item reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you find that your order is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Timely reporting allows us to assess the issue and take swift action to resolve it. Please inspect your items thoroughly as soon as they are delivered. We cannot accept responsibility for any damages reported after delivery has been completed. Once the delivery driver has left the premises, we are unable to assume liability for any issues that may arise. No liability will be accepted once the delivery driver has left the premises. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you examine the packaging and the contents carefully. There is no exceptions.

Refund policy
Customer is responsible for returns in any event. NO EXCEPTIONS
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom furniture (like special orders or personalized pieces), and mattresses or bedding products, due to hygiene reasons. We also do not accept returns for furniture that has been assembled or used, as well as any hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please don t hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want in exchange is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can proceed with a separate purchase for the new item you desire. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund accordingly.
Refunds
We will notify you once we ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds can only be issued using the original payment method.
We reserve the right to deduct from the refund amount if the item is not received in resellable condition, is damaged, or for any other reasons.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, subject to approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, without exceptions, regardless of the reason, including damages or other issues. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
