    Tuneable to most rooms

    The Sonos Play 3 is one of 3 speaker offerings in the Sonos system s range. I personally like the form factor which fits most of the rooms where I have them deployed. I also think it punches well above it’s weight and when set up using the free Sonos tuning app (automatic equaliser) it positively shines . Not cheap in any way ... just quality through and through so so worth it!

    Superb value used.

    A used Play:3 now costs less than a Play:1. If you have the space for it then it's a no brainer. Not only does it sound bigger, but it sounds better too with more natural sounding highs. Get a pair in stereo mode and you've got a great sounding wireless system for not much money. The only downside I can think of is that it's deceptively deep. If you're looking to replace a Play:1 with a Play:3 in vertical orientation then you should be aware that it's not just taller - it's a LOT deeper too. I was hoping to replace the pair of 1's in the kitchen with a pair of 3's but they stick out too much.
