There was ink inside the pen cap, visible through the transparent nib section and on the nib. I’m leaving positive feedback because the seller responded very quickly to my messages, they offered me a 17% discount if I wanted to keep the pen, and they were very pleasant about everything. This is really good customer service. I could have kept the pen but didn’t want the hassle of flushing shimmer ink out of the feed.
