      Varied, engaging and, personally, just what I was looking for

      Never read any Ray Bradbury before but glad I started. It reads as if written for a young adult but that suits me at this point. Don't want anything convoluted like Dickens with all those long involved sentences. After trying this volume I will be looking to read more Bradbury going forward. This book is made up of short stories which is what I want when I'm short on time and seem to have fewer and fewer opportunities to read. The plots and characters grab your attention from the start. I have nothing bad to say about the book or the writer.
