Looks like a drop shipping product from China. I notified that I would send it back and would like a refund inc the return postage. As it is false advertising. I sent it back. They cut corners so they don’t have to lose money but you will. I have no item and in total lost £6 from £ 9+ for nothing. Strange how their emails are blank too. Not to be trusted,

I bought five,will give to local animal rescue as they are no use to me. Seller asked me ( twice) not to return them,and wd give me 10% refund. I dont want that,I want seller to remove the words self heating as it is misrepresentation. So far,the wording has not been altered. Wont use this seller again. Yodel delivery was rubbish as well,took ages to arrive. Dont like giving neg fback but goods arent as described.
