    Seagate BarraCuda Hard Drive. 2 TB.

    Once initialized it works fine, being 2 TB it was instantly recognized by my system and doesn't come with all the problems of a 3 TB which only shows up as a 746 GB hard drive no matter how you format it. Decent transfer speeds even on an old sata II motherboard. Ideal for storing my steam games, which run really well off it.

    Always found the 3.5" versions good.

    I prefer the 3.5" versions, reasonably priced and has actually reduced in price compared with a few years ago, most P.C. parts have increased. Good Cache and 7.2k speed. Wil be getting a couple more as keeping them all the same in my NAS.

    Baracuda 2GB hard drive fitted in a D2 Quadra V2 case

    fitted in my Lacie D2 Quadra V2 case. The drive fitted very smoothly, and was delivered to my place by courier. I had watched a hard drive installation / fitting clip on the internet for an empty Lacie D2 Quadra V2 case which I had lying around. The fitter recommended a Baracuda 2GB drive, so I ordered one for this for the D2 Quadra V2 case, and followed the steps, and hey presto, I have a back-up drive.

    Decent 2TB HDD for the price

    A Decent size to hold all my backups needed at 2TB, will not need to be upgrading for a while. The performance of writing and reading is also of good performance and not really had issues with Seagate products on their Barracuda and Barracuda Pro lines as well as the other lines.
