    the item received was not the same as shown in the ad and was of lesser quality. It was missing a component that was the main reason I purchase from them rather than other cheaper options. I contacted the seller and they responded quickly. After several attempts they only kept asking for more information but offered no resolution. They have stopped responded to my communications.
