    Parcel arrived squashed and lid of coffee pot was smashed inside, too badly damaged to repair. Box possibly not strong enough and insufficient bubble wrap/padding to compensate for this. Seller friendly and offered small discount but unable to assist with return process. Ebay gave me a full refund instantly when I reported the damage and I did not have to post the damaged item back.
