    The unit was not new as stated. The unit already has already been used before and did not start on factory new state. The seller told me I was wrong even though I have installed over 20 of these in my house. They did offer to take it back but did not offer a parcel label. The tone of the interaction was not friendly either. I would not do business with this seller again.
