    Tough to a point

    Don't get me wrong it's a good little tool, it's handy, it can do the work But the work it can do is based on the handle/ lever you use to tighten, it's small in comparison to the rest of the tool, in short if you have a heavy job and need to really tighten the clamp, this is not the tool, buy heavy duty, this one is mid range, hold in place, nip up, keep together but not heavy duty, with a bugger handle/ bar I'm sure the clamp would deal with the extra pressure, it's a good clamp but the bar is not heavy duty, I won't be asking for money back or complaining about it, it's a good tool, just don't buy it for heavy duty or manufacturer, put a bigger stronger bar on there to match the integrity of the clamp
