Contacted the company 3 times on the day and no one could help. Had contact with the haulier who advised it was booked for 3 days later, but I was unavailable then. Managed to rearrange to a convenient date directly with the haulier, but no support from the actual company. Anyway, I see that the delivery was changed to the 13th when you were also available. I'm sorry that you felt you had to leave us negative feedback when we were only following your request.
