Feels firm but soft at the same time & zipped cover is very nice. There is that initial foam smell that is mentioned on the listings. My sofa bed by made.com was tranformed into a proper bed with this on the top, covering up the hard bits. 2 day delivery by APC carriers. Negative: Delivered in a tatty cardboard box with no plastic cover on it, and the box and the topper got very wet from the rain. Ummh, not clever!

I messaged the seller to get an update which they ignored. The item finally turned up at 19:45pm in the evening with no indication given that it was coming.
