    This Gluggle Jug is fabulous! It is a factory second, as stated, mine only has a slight dribble in the glaze which is barely noticeable. It's very good value for money, makes a beautiful 'gluggle' when you pour from it and looks gorgeous on the sideboard or table and is a good talking point. It was well packaged and arrived promptly. I'm super happy.
