    Very rude seller, item was sent with only a bin bag, hardly protection, egg boxes on top and bottom got damaged, seller was rude and didn't want to do anything about it.

    Buyer got the item at a reduced price. The item clearly stated that it had not been unpacked as it was no longer required. The 150 egg boxes had been received by me wrapped in brown paper + black plastic bag to ensure it was not damaged by water. I was never rude and communicated throughout. Even posting the item next day delivery as required urgently. Buyer complained that I had overcharged for postage which I had not. I asked the Buyer what they wanted considering a box was £0.06. No reply.
