I sent the photos and the seller has a back and forth telling me it was when it looks COMPLETELY different. There was no accountability on the sellers end. Then offered a refund if I go through the hassle of repacking and sending it back - this shouldn't be the case when you literally falsely advertised an item which is probably worth £5 max, I definitely wouldn't have paid £15 + for it.Reply from: onlyhereshop- Feedback replied to by seller onlyhereshop.- Feedback replied to by seller onlyhereshop.Firstly we send exactly same product, it might looked different then on photos because photos was made when case was fitted on black MacBook, case was in clear black colour and not like buyer claimed black,that's a big difference, buyer had long time to return it to us but never did,buyer send us photos with still tape on the case plus it wasn't even fitted on MacBook so they clearly looked different, we always trying what's best for our buyers,but this buyer wanted to keep case plus full refund
