I have no control on shipping, it was their package and how they shipped it. Was told it’s my job to dispute with shipper. Finally used used derogatory terms against me. Called me an lazy and horrible person on messages. I am surprised eBay allows for these types of people to do busy on eBay. I am hoping that I can get this small plant to survive, but right now, it's not looking real hopeful. I can't fault the seller, since it's beyond their control once UPS got a hold of it
