No smell liek some carpets which have to be aired out for a few hours before use. Was as described and as pictured. Carpet used for narrow hallway. Very well made, pretty thick and looks tough and should last a few years with just slippers and pets on it. Good colours. Good weave. Saved a small fortune also. Would use RSM rugs again. Thanks to all involved. Fantastic carpet.

The fact that the price included customs duty from the UK was a plus as I just had to pay another 61,00 EURO for a carpet from a different vendor in the UK. Some vendors do it right and this was one such vendor.
