I have no control on shipping, it was their package and how they shipped it. Was told it’s my job to dispute with shipper. Finally used used derogatory terms against me. Called me an lazy and horrible person on messages. I am surprised eBay allows for these types of people to do busy on eBay. Upon inquiry, recommended the buyer inquire with the with UPS however buyer could not see any point to the $100 in insurance coverage that accompanies every shipment. The perfect order showed up in perfect condition a few days later. The accusations of language and derogatory comments are a fabrication from an angry irresponsible, impatient buyer.
