I asked my Garage to fit the Alternator which they did, but it did not work correctly, giving a "pulsed d.c output instead of a smooth, constant charge. It eas then professionally checked and my Garage was told it was faulty, probably caused by a faulty diode set. I asked RTG Automotive for my money back in exchange for the faulty item but they REFUSED, stating it was the incorrect item, even though it was supplied as correct for my vehicle!!
