The tracking was less helpful than it could be never quite sure where the product actually was. However. it was easy to get DPD to drop off at closest Post Office as was out and so could not sign for. That worked seamlessly. The phone whilst not in an Apple box was nevertheless faultless. Looked like a brand new phone so "excellent condition " was justified. Came with USB charge cable. Overall very happy.
