REFUNDS and RETURNS: We accept returns on all unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. A refund will be made excluding all P&P costs. You have 15 working days to inform us that you are returning the item, provided the item or motor part has not been fitted and is still in its original packaging. After informing us of the return, you have 15 days from that date to have the item or motor part delivered back to us. We will then check the returned goods and make sure they are in resale-able condition. If the packaging is damaged or the seal has been opened or tampered with on the original packaging, we have the right to refuse the returned item or part. We will only grant a full refund on the original value of the goods excluding any postage costs. Where items are sold with free P&P we reserve the right to deduct up to £14.99 postage cost. Returns can only be made by prior arrangement. Please message us via eBay for a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns will be refused. We do not take liability for the safe return of unwanted or faulty goods. It is your responsibility to send any returns via recorded delivery or through courier tracking service along with your return authorization number. No refunds will be issued without proof of purchase, name and address of recipient and a brief description of the problem with the part when necessary. This will help us resolve any issues with your transaction as soon as possible. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs to send the item back to us, this only applies to non faulty parts, for all faulty parts we will reimburse the postage cost upto £9.99. Once goods are returned they will be sent to the manufacturers to be tested. If the item is lost or damaged in transit we will only issue refund or send another one out once the courier company has finished the investigation and approved the claim, investigation can take up to 30 days. If the tracking shows the item has been delivered to the buyer provided address and buyer dispute the delivery of item we shall not be responsible for such lost therefore we will not issue a refund or send another one out. In this case buyer should contact the courier and once courier has agreed the claim we will arrange the replacement accordingly. Any item purchased by you without providing the vin number and car registration number we will not be responsible for fitment and if the return is requested we have the right to cancel return request. If the return is agreed it is your responsibility to send the item back and pay for the postage, also the item needs to be delivered without damaging or opening the item, if the item is damaged or opened you will get maximum of 50% refund of the value of item purchased. EXCHANGE: If you wish to return a product for an exchange, we reserve the right to deduct our initial shipping and handling fees. Any exchange will have to be agreed upon by first informing us of the issue with the item or part. Then at our discretion we will decide the next course of action. Just as with returns, you have 15 days to request an exchange with explanation, and then 15 days from that date (once we have come to an agreement) to return the item back to us. FAULTY ITEMS Any product returned as faulty within the warranty period will be sent to the manufacturers to be tested. This process can take up to 30 days, if needed customers will have to purchase a replacement item or motor part for the full value. Once the manufacturer has provided an official report, declaring the part or item to be faulty only then we will refund you for your initial purchase or provide you the replacement. Manufacturer’s warranties differ from product to product, please don’t hesitate to message or call us with any questions or concerns. WARRANTY CLAIMS: In the unlikely event if the part become faulty within the warranty period, we would need the full diagnostic report of car which will specify the part being faulty. Any such warranty claims would need to be notified through ebay messaging system. We would need the following in order to initiate the warranty claim 1.Full diagnostic report 2.eBay order number 3.Car registration number or vin number 4.Mileage at time of fitting the part 5.Current Mileage
BATTERY CLAIMS: All Battery claims require the Stamped Warranty paper which is provided to customer at time of delivery with the battery which includes customer Car registration or VIN number along with serial number of the battery, Any battery claims without the stamped warranty paper will be rejected therefore its customers responsibility to keep the warranty paper safe.
All faulty items needs to be delivered within 7days of notification, If buyer notifies us on last day of warranty period with all the relevant information and part is returned to us within 7days we will be able to deal with claim, anything outside this period will not be covered.
DELIVERY and CHARGES: We use reputable courier company for next working day (24HR) delivery for UK and European shipments, Royal Mail First Class for UK small parcels shipment. Most orders will be delivered next working day in UK. Some UK postcodes are not guaranteed under 24 hour delivery. International orders take longer, and vary on the country shipping to. We also use the Palletways network for larger items. We strongly recommend that our customers do not change the delivery address or request to get it delivered at nearest access point as it will only cause delays such delays are change of address will not be cover buyer for refunds or replacement item until the item has been delivered back to us. Before making purchase please see the indicative date of delivery we will dispatch your item within the timeframe given so please be patient and any negative feedback left in relates to this will be reported to ebay. If your item delivery has been delayed by courier or Royal Mail we will only start issuing refund or arrange replacements after 10 working days of dispatch. As people sometimes don’t realise this, we always offer the option for you to cancel the order at this point. If possible we will offer postage discount and pack multiple items together. If you are purchasing more than one item for delivery we recommend you always compare our delivery charges with your own couriers and if you find our postage prices higher please ask to arrange your own courier, in this case we shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms and conditions. INFORMATION: If you choose to have any product professionally installed and it becomes faulty, We will NOT be held responsible for any fitment/labour costs or any damage whatever sort including any recovery charges or transportation costs involving in installing or removing the part from your vehicle during or after the warranty period. We will take returns on correctly supplied parts or if customer purchases incorrectly than return postage and 10% restocking charge will be applied and paid by the customer. SERVICE KITS: All service kits listed on our ebay store are advertised with TOYOTA recommended oil but some of the service kits are listed with non recommended oil which we take no responsibility of, such service kits are listed purely because of some customers who prefer to use cheap oil instead of manufacturer recommended oil. Please remember TOYOTA recommends to use 0W20 OIL in all PETROL ENGINES after 2009. Same way TOYOTA recommends to use Premium 0W30 OIL in all DIESEL ENGINES after 2012. Buyer is responsible for service kits purchased through ebay store because if the Oil is not recommended by Toyota or the service Kit bought by the buyer which requires different oil buyer should contact us before making purchase no liability or responsibility will be accepted for the wrong oil purchased with service kit. AVAILABILITY and DISPATCH: We aim to dispatch all our ebay store items within eBay specified time limit but in the unlikely event where item has not been dispatched due to availaibility or it has been delayed by the courier we take no responsibility for any paid or unpaid appointments made by the clients for his or her car servicing. We don t always keep items in stock only fast selling items or frequent servicing items are kept in stock which means when the buyer place an order we aim to source it directly from TOYOTA and send it out as soon as we receive. If the part ordered by customer is not available or has long delivery date we will update our buyer accordingly. By agreeing to this terms and conditions you are also agree that in the unlikely event if you order has been delayed or cancelled by TOYOTA we will not be held responsible and any negative feedback left by the buyer shall be removed by ebay. CONTRACT: The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
