    A lifestyle change for the better

    I started the Jason Vale juicing with one of his free workshops where I learned how misunderstood I was on living a healthy life on fruits and vegetables, after the five day free plan I was hooked and decided to buy a few of his books to get the juice varieties. I have been doing it now for over 4 months I have never felt better and there is no going back to my old junk food lifestyle and it is soo easy done the Jason Vale way. Give it a go if you are unhappy with your health or physical body
